The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to visit all his wives with a single bath.
أخبرنا محمد بن عبيد قال حدثنا عبد الله بن المبارك قال أنبأنا معمر عن قتادة
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يطوف على نسائه في غسل واحد
[Sahih] Reported by Tirmidhi, Purification, chapter on what has been said regarding a man who goes around to his wives with a single ghusl, no. 140, and Ibn Majah, Purification, chapter on what has been said regarding one who performs ghusl for all his wives with a single ghusl, no. 588, from the hadith of Mamar, and it is in Kubra, no. 260.
