The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who recites the Quran aloud is like the one who gives charity openly, and the one who recites the Quran quietly is like the one who gives charity secretly."
أخبرنا محمد بن سلمة قال حدثنا ابن وهب عن معاوية بن صالح عن بحير بن سعد عن خالد بن معدان عن كثير بن مرة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال الجاهر بالقرآن كالجاهر بالصدقة والمسر بالقرآن كالمسر بالصدقة
