The Prophet ﷺ sent out a collector of zakat, who came to a man, and the man gave him a young camel of poor quality. The Prophet ﷺ said, "We sent the collector of zakat for Allah and His Messenger, and so-and-so gave him a young camel of poor quality. O Allah, do not bless him or his camels."When word of this reached the man, he came with a fine she-camel and said, "I repent to Allah and to His Prophet ﷺ."The Prophet ﷺ then said, "O Allah, bless him and his camels."
