The Prophet ﷺ said, "Fasting three days of every month is like fasting the entire year, and the white days are the mornings of the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth."
أخبرنا مخلد بن الحسن قال حدثنا عبيد الله عن زيد بن أبي أنيسة عن أبي إسحق
عن النبي ﷺ قال صيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر صيام الدهر وأيام البيض صبيحة ثلاث عشرة وأربع عشرة وخمس عشرة
[Sahih] It is also found in Al-Kubra, hadith no. 2728. Abu Ishaq Sabi narrated using "an" (indicating possible lack of direct hearing), but the hadith has very many corroborating narrations.
