Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ lay down to sleep, he would place his right palm under his right cheek. He used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays.
أخبرنا القاسم بن زكريا بن دينار قال حدثنا حسين عن زائدة عن عاصم عن المسيب
كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا أخذ مضجعه جعل كفه اليمنى تحت خده الأيمن وكان يصوم الاثنين والخميس
Its takhrij, sahih, and it is found in Sunan al-Kubra, hadith 2676. Musayab bin Rafi heard it from Sawaa Khuzai, as in Sunan al-Kubra by Nasai, hadith 10599.
