The two of them traveled with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Some would fast and others would not, yet the one fasting did not criticize the one not fasting, nor did the one not fasting criticize the one fasting.
أخبرني أيوب بن محمد قال حدثنا مروان قال حدثنا عاصم عن أبي نضرة المنذر
أنهما سافرا مع رسول الله ﷺ فيصوم الصائم ويفطر المفطر ولا يعيب الصائم على المفطر ولا المفطر على الصائم
