The Prophet ﷺ said, "Eat the predawn meal, for there is blessing in it."
أخبرنا عمرو بن علي قال حدثنا يحيى قال حدثنا ابن أبي ليلى عن عطاء
عن النبي ﷺ قال تسحروا فإن في السحور بركة
[Hasan] Ahmad, 2/477, narrated it from the hadith of Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Layla, through him, and he was not the only one who narrated it, see, no. 2149, and it is in Al-Kubra, no. 2459.
