The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The man's fluid is thick and white, and the woman's fluid is thin and yellow. Whichever of the two precedes determines the resemblance."
أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا عبدة قال حدثنا سعيد عن قتادة
قال رسول الله ﷺ ماء الرجل غليظ أبيض وماء المرأة رقيق أصفر فأيهما سبق كان الشبه
Muslim reported it in the Book of Menstruation, chapter on the obligation of ghusl for a woman upon the emission of semen from her, hadith no. 311, from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Aruba through this route, and it is in Al-Kubra, hadith no. 206. Abda is Ibn Sulayman.
