The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding the washing of his daughter, "Begin with her right side and the parts of her body washed in ablution."
أخبرنا عمرو بن منصور قال حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن حنبل قال حدثنا إسمعيل عن خالد عن حفصة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال في غسل ابنته ابدأن بميامنها ومواضع الوضوء منها
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Wudu, Chapter on beginning with the right side in wudu and ghusl, hadith no. 167, and Muslim in the Book of Funerals, Chapter on washing the deceased, hadith no. 43/939, from the hadith of Ismail bin Ulayyah, through this same route. It is also in Kubra, hadith no. 2011, and in Musnad Ahmad, 6/408. Hafsa is the daughter of Sirin, and Khalid is al-Hadhdha.
