I do not know of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ever reciting the entire Quran in a single night, nor spending a whole night in prayer until morning, nor fasting an entire month other than Ramadan.
أخبرنا هارون بن إسحق قال حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن زرارة بن أوفى عن سعد بن هشام
لا أعلم رسول الله ﷺ قرأ القرآن كله في ليلة ولا قام ليلة حتى الصباح ولا صام شهرا كاملا قط غير رمضان
[Sahih] Ibn Majah reported it in Iqamat al-Salawat, chapter on how frequently it is preferred to complete the Quran, hadith 1348, from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Aruba, transmitted through him, and he explicitly stated hearing it, see the following hadith, no. 2350. Qatada narrated with "an" (without specifying direct hearing), and the hadith has many corroborating witnesses.
