"Pay the zakat of your fast."The people began looking at one another, so he said, "Those of you here from the people of Madinah, go to your brothers and teach them, for they do not know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ made the charity of Fitr obligatory upon the young and the old, the free and the slave, the male and the female. Half a saa of wheat, or a saa of dates, or a saa of barley."
أخبرنا علي بن حجر قال حدثنا يزيد وهو ابن هارون قال أنبأنا حميد عن الحسن أن
أدوا زكاة صومكم فجعل الناس ينظر بعضهم إلى بعض فقال من هاهنا من أهل المدينة قوموا إلى إخوانكم فعلموهم فإنهم لا يعلمون أن رسول الله ﷺ فرض صدقة الفطر على الصغير والكبير والحر والعبد والذكر والأنثى نصف صاع من بر أو صاعا من تمر أو شعير
Its chain of transmission is daif. Abu Dawud collected it in the Book of Zakah, chapter of one who narrated half a saa of wheat, hadith 1622, from the hadith of Humayd Tawil, with this wording. It is also found in Sunan al-Kubra, hadith 1802, and Nasai said, "Hasan did not hear from Ibn Abbas."
