She was asked, "Did you hear this from the Prophet ﷺ?" Whenever she mentioned him, she would say, "May my father be sacrificed for him."She replied, "He said, 'Bring out the young women and those kept behind curtains so they may witness the Eid and the supplication of the Muslims, but let the menstruating women keep away from the people's prayer area.'"

لها هل سمعت من النبي ﷺ وكانت إذا ذكرته قالت بأبا قال أخرجوا العواتق وذوات الخدور فيشهدن العيد ودعوة المسلمين وليعتزل الحيض مصلى الناس
Bukhari transmitted it in the Book of Eids, Chapter on the Going Out of Women and Menstruating Women to the Prayer Ground, hadith no. 974, etc., hadith no. 890, and Muslim in the Book of the Prayer of the Two Eids, Chapter Mentioning the Permissibility of Women Going Out to the Prayer Ground on the Two Eids, from the hadith of Ayub Sakhtiyani, with the same wording. It is also in Kubra, hadith no. 1758.
