The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On Friday, the angels sit at the doors of the mosque recording people according to their ranks. The people in this regard are like a man who offers a camel, like one who offers a cow, like one who offers a sheep, like one who offers a chicken, like one who offers a sparrow, and like one who offers an egg."
[Its chain of transmission is daif] and it is in Kubra, hadith no. 1695. Ibn Ajlan used ambiguous transmission wording (anana), as previously noted at hadith no. 1271, and I did not find an explicit statement of his having heard it directly. His mention of a sparrow is unusual, and I did not find a sahih path for it.
