Huzaifa bin Yaman reported,

I prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ one night. He began with Surah al-Baqarah and recited a hundred verses without bowing, then he continued. I thought he would complete it within two rakahs, but he continued. I thought he would complete it and then bow, but he continued until he recited Surah an-Nisa, then he recited Surah Aal Imran, then he bowed for roughly the length of his standing.In his bowing he said, "Glory be to my Lord the Magnificent, glory be to my Lord the Magnificent, glory be to my Lord the Magnificent."Then he raised his head and said, "Allah hears the one who praises Him. Our Lord, to You belongs all praise," and he prolonged the standing.Then he prostrated and prolonged the prostration, saying in his prostration, "Glory be to my Lord the Most High, glory be to my Lord the Most High, glory be to my Lord the Most High."He did not pass a verse of warning or of glorification of Allah without mentioning Him.

أخبرنا إسحق بن إبراهيم قال أنبأنا جرير عن الأعمش عن سعد بن عبيدة عن المستورد بن الأحنف عن صلة بن زفر

عن حذيفة قال

صليت مع رسول الله ﷺ ذات ليلة فاستفتح بسورة البقرة فقرأ بمائة آية لم يركع فمضى قلت يختمها في الركعتين فمضى قلت يختمها ثم يركع فمضى حتى قرأ سورة النساء ثم قرأ سورة آل عمران ثم ركع نحوا من قيامه يقول في ركوعه سبحان ربي العظيم سبحان ربي العظيم سبحان ربي العظيم ثم رفع رأسه فقال سمع الله لمن حمده ربنا لك الحمد وأطال القيام ثم سجد فأطال السجود يقول في سجوده سبحان ربي الأعلى سبحان ربي الأعلى سبحان ربي الأعلى لا يمر بآية تخويف أو تعظيم لله عز وجل إلا ذكره
