The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones and not to tuck up the hair or the clothes—the forehead and nose, the two hands, the two knees, and the two feet."
Muslim narrated it in the book of Prayer, chapter on the limbs of sujud and the prohibition of gathering up the hair and garment and tying up the hair during prayer, hadith: 231/490, from the hadith of Ibn Wahb. Bukhari narrated it in the book of adhan, chapter on prostrating on the nose, hadith: 812, from the hadith of Abdullah bin Tawus, with the same wording. It is also in Kubra, hadith: 683.
