The Prophet ﷺ was commanded to prostrate on seven limbs and not to tuck up his hair or his garments.
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا حماد عن عمرو عن طاوس
أمر النبي ﷺ أن يسجد على سبعة أعضاء ولا يكف شعره ولا ثيابه
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Adhan, chapter, "One should not tuck up his hair," hadith no. 815, and Muslim in the Book of Prayer, chapter, "etc.," hadith no. 490, from the hadith of Hammad bin Zayd with this wording. It is also found in "the limbs of sujud and the prohibition against tucking up the hair," in the Kubra, hadith no. 680.
