Umar bin Khattab used to say these words aloud, "Glory be to You, Allah, and praise be to You. Blessed is Your name, exalted is Your majesty, and there is no god but You."Qatada wrote to him reporting from Anas bin Malik, who told him, "I prayed behind the Prophet ﷺ, Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman, and they would begin with 'All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds' [Fatihah 1:2]. They did not mention 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful' at the beginning of the recitation or at the end of it."
