The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The servant says, 'My wealth, my wealth.' Yet he has only three things from his wealth. What he eats and consumes, what he wears and wears out, and what he gives away and thereby stores up for himself. Everything beyond that will be gone, and he leaves it behind for others."
