Abu Musa Ashari reported,

Whenever a person came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ seeking some need, he would turn to those sitting with him and say, "Intercede for him so that you may be rewarded, and Allah will decree through the tongue of His Prophet whatever He wishes."

كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا أتاه طالب حاجة أقبل على جلسائه فقال اشفعوا فلتؤجروا وليقض الله على لسان نبيه ما أحب
