The same hadith is narrated, except that Malik's narration ends at the conclusion of Abu Hurairah's words, and he did not include in his narration what was reported from the Prophet ﷺ beginning with "Whoever spreads out his garment" until the end.
حدثني عبد الله بن جعفر بن يحيى بن خالد أخبرنا معن أخبرنا مالك ح و حدثنا عبد بن حميد أخبرنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر كلاهما عن الزهري عن الأعرج
بهذا الحديث غير أن مالكا انتهى حديثه عند انقضاء قول أبي هريرة ولم يذكر في حديثه الرواية عن النبي ﷺ من يبسط ثوبه إلى آخره
