The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned several hadiths, among them this one. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most infuriating man to Allah on the Day of Resurrection, the vilest of them, and the most detestable to Him, is a man who used to be called King of Kings, for there is no king except Allah."

عن رسول الله ﷺ فذكر أحاديث منها وقال رسول الله ﷺ أغيظ رجل على الله يوم القيامة وأخبثه وأغيظه عليه رجل كان يسمى ملك الأملاك لا ملك إلا الله
