Hammad reported,

Thabit reported from Anas that whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ate food, he would lick his three fingers. He also said, "If a morsel of food falls from any of you, let him remove whatever dirt is on it and eat it, and not leave it for the devil." And he instructed us to wipe out the bowl clean, saying, "For you do not know in which part of your food the blessing lies."Except that he said, "Let each of you wipe out the dish," and he said, "in which part of your food the blessing lies," or "you are blessed."
