When the Prophet ﷺ returned from Hunayn, Umar asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a vow he had made during the days of ignorance to observe itikaf for one day. He then mentioned the rest of the report with the same meaning as the hadith of Jareer bin Hazim.
