Anas bin Malik was asked about the earnings of a cupper. He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was cupped by Abu Taybah, and he ordered that two saa of food be given to him. He also spoke to his masters, who reduced the tax they required from him. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'The best treatment you can use is cupping,' or, 'It is among the best of your remedies.'"

سئل أنس بن مالك عن كسب الحجام فقال احتجم رسول الله ﷺ حجمه أبو طيبة فأمر له بصاعين من طعام وكلم أهله فوضعوا عنه من خراجه وقال إن أفضل ما تداويتم به الحجامة أو هو من أمثل دوائكم
