The Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted a concession to the owner of an ariyyah, allowing him to sell it for its estimated equivalent in dried dates.
حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى قال قرأت على مالك عن نافع عن ابن عمر
أن رسول الله ﷺ رخص لصاحب العرية أن يبيعها بخرصها من التمر
