The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Each of the two parties to a sale has the option to revoke it over the other as long as they have not parted, except in a sale where the option has been stipulated."
حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى قال قرأت على مالك عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال البيعان كل واحد منهما بالخيار على صاحبه ما لم يتفرقا إلا بيع الخيار
