The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the like of it, except that he did not mention dates at the end of the hadith.

Muslim narrated, from Abd and Ibn Hatim, from Rasani, and from Ishaq, from Rawh, both of them from Ibn Jurayj, from Abu Zubayr, from Jabir, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family, said, "The people of Iraq enter ihram from Zat Irq." There is some question about this.Muslim also narrated, from the hadith of Abu Zubayr, from Jabir, "The place of ihram for the people of Iraq is Zat Irq."In the hadith of Ibn Umar, "There was no Iraq at that time."Bukhari did not narrate anything from Abu Zubayr, and there remains, among the narrations attributed to Abu Zubayr, a great deal of hadith material that only Muslim transmitted. There is also the hadith of Amash, from Abu Sufyan.
Hafiz Dhahabi said in Mizan that Ahmad rejected this hadith as coming from Aflah. Then Hafiz Dhahabi said, I say, it is sahih and unusual. Hafiz said in Taqrib, daif, he grew old and his memory changed, so he began to be prompted. End of quote. There is also a break in the chain. In Tahdhib al-Tahdhib, in the biography of Muhammad bin Ali bin Abdullah bin Abbas, it says he narrated from his grandfather, and it is said that this is mursal. It also says there that Muslim said in Kitab Tamyiz, it is not known that he heard from his grandfather, nor that he ever met him.
I say, this is fairness. As for the hadith having supporting narrations, this is not hidden from Hafiz Daraqutni. He is only critiquing, in his tracking, what came in the Sahihayn, and I will mention, with the help of Allah, what is suitable for citing as a supporting narration.
