Umm Salama bint Abu Umaya reported,

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Umm Salama, he stayed with her for three nights and said, "You are not insignificant to your husband. If you wish, I will stay with you for seven nights, but if I stay with you for seven, I will stay with my other wives for seven as well."

الدارقطني

Muslim narrated the hadith of Thawri, from Muhammad bin Abu Bakr, from Abdul-Malik bin Abu Bakr, from his father, from Umm Salama, with a connected chain, "If you wish, I will make it seven for you."He also narrated the hadith of Hafs bin Ghiyath, from Abdul-Wahid bin Ayman, from Abu Bakr, from Umm Salama, with a connected chain.Abdullah bin Abu Bakr and Abdul-Rahman bin Humayd, however, narrated it from Abdul-Malik bin Abu Bakr, from Abu Bakr, stopping there without carrying the chain back to Umm Salama.Sulayman bin Bilal and Abu Damra said the same, from Abdul-Rahman bin Humayd.
