The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood at Mina during the Farewell Pilgrimage while people came to him with their questions.A man approached and said, "Messenger of Allah, I did not realize, and I shaved before I sacrificed."He replied, "Sacrifice now, there is no harm."Then another man came and said, "Messenger of Allah, I did not realize, and I sacrificed before I cast the stones."He replied, "Cast the stones now, there is no harm."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was not asked about anything done out of order, whether earlier or later than its proper time, except that he said, "Do it, there is no harm."
حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى قال قرأت على مالك عن ابن شهاب عن عيسى بن طلحة بن عبيد الله
وقف رسول الله ﷺ في حجة الوداع بمنى للناس يسألونه فجاء رجل فقال يا رسول الله لم أشعر فحلقت قبل أن أنحر فقال اذبح ولا حرج ثم جاءه رجل آخر فقال يا رسول الله لم أشعر فنحرت قبل أن أرمي فقال ارم ولا حرج قال فما سئل رسول الله ﷺ عن شيء قدم ولا أخر إلا قال افعل ولا حرج
