Abdullah bin Numayr and Abu Usama reported,

Waki reported that Ismail bin Abu Khalid informed them, saying that Qays bin Abu Hazim related to them, "I heard Jareer bin Abdullah say, 'We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he looked at the moon on the night it was full and said, "You will surely see your Lord just as you see this moon, and you will not be crowded together in seeing Him. So if you are able, do not let anything keep you from a prayer before the sun rises and before it sets."'" He meant Asr and Fajr. Then Jareer recited, "And glorify your Lord with praise before the rising of the sun and before its setting" [Taha 20:130].In another version he said, "You will be presented before your Lord, and you will see Him just as you see this moon." And he said, "Then he recited," without naming Jareer.
