We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with five nights remaining of Dhul-Qaidah, thinking of nothing but Hajj. When we drew near to Makkah, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered that anyone who did not have a sacrificial animal with him should leave the state of consecration once he had circled the House and gone between Safa and Marwa.Ayesha said, "Then on the day of sacrifice beef was brought in to us. I said, 'What is this?'They said, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ has sacrificed on behalf of his wives.'"
وحدثني عن مالك، عن يحيى بن سعيد، قال: أخبرتني عمرة بنت عبد الرحمن: أنها
خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ لخمس ليال بقين من ذي القعدة، ولا نرى إلا أنه الحج، فلما دنونا من مكة، أمر رسول الله ﷺ من لم يكن معه هدي إذا طاف بالبيت، وسعى بين الصفا والمروة، أن يحل. قالت عائشة: فدخل علينا يوم النحر بلحم بقر. فقلت: ما هذا؟ فقالوا: نحر رسول الله ﷺ عن أزواجه.
