Abdullah bin Abu Bakr reported,

A freedwoman of Amra bint Abdul-Rahman named Ruqayya reported to him that she traveled with Amra bint Abdul-Rahman to Makkah.Ruqayya said, "Amra entered Makkah on the Day of Tarwiyah, and I was with her. She circled the House and went between Safa and Marwa, then she entered the portico of the masjid.She asked me, "Do you have a pair of scissors with you?"I said, "No."She said, "Then find some for me."So I searched for a pair and brought it to her, and she cut from the braids of her hair. Then, when the Day of Sacrifice came, she slaughtered a sheep.

عن عبد الله بن أبي بكر

أن مولاة لعمرة بنت عبد الرحمن يقال لها: رقية: أخبرته: أنها خرجت مع عمرة بنت عبد الرحمن إلى مكة. قالت: فدخلت عمرة مكة يوم التروية. وأنا معها. فطافت بالبيت، وبين الصفا والمروة، ثم دخلت صفة المسجد، فقالت: أمعك مقصان؟ فقلت: لا. فقالت: فالتمسيه لي. فالتمسته؛ حتى جئت به. فأخذت من قرون رأسها، فلما كان يوم النحر، ذبحت شاة.
