Ata bin Abu Rabah reported,

Umar bin Khattab said to Yaala bin Munya, who was pouring water for him as he bathed, "Pour some over my head."Yaala replied, "Do you mean to place the responsibility for this on me? If you order me to, I will pour."Umar bin Khattab said to him, "Pour. Water will only leave the hair more disheveled than it was."

عن عطاء بن أبي رباح

أن عمر بن الخطاب قال ليعلى بن منية وهو يصب على عمر بن الخطاب ماء وهو يغتسل اصبب على رأسي فقال يعلى أتريد أن تجعلها بي إن أمرتني صببت فقال له عمر بن الخطاب اصبب فلن يزيده الماء إلا شعثا
