Abu Salama bin Abdul-Rahman bin Awf reported,

Someone said to him, "Have I not seen your companion, when he enters the masjid, sit down before praying?"Abu Nadr said that by this he meant Umar bin Ubaydullah, and he was faulting him for sitting down when he entered the masjid before praying.

و حدثني عن مالك عن أبي النضر مولى عمر بن عبيد الله

عن أبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن أنه قال

له ألم أر صاحبك إذا دخل المسجد يجلس قبل أن يركع قال أبو النضر يعني بذلك عمر بن عبيد الله ويعيب ذلك عليه أن يجلس إذا دخل المسجد قبل أن يركع.
