Children of Israil, keep to plain water, wild greens, and barley bread, and stay away from wheat bread, for you will never be able to render the thanks it deserves!

يا بني إسرائيل، عليكم بالماء القراح، والبقل البري، وخبز الشعير، وإياكم وخبز البر، فإنكم لن تقوموا بشكره!
