The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Surplus water is not to be withheld in order to deny others its pasture."
و حدثني مالك عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا يمنع فضل الماء ليمنع به الكلأ
