Saeed bin Musayab reported,

Umar bin Khattab passed by Hatib bin Abu Balta while he was selling raisins of his in the market, and Umar bin Khattab said to him, "Either you raise your price, or you take your goods out of our market."

أن عمر بن الخطاب مر بحاطب بن أبي بلتعة وهو يبيع زبيبا له بالسوق فقال له عمر بن الخطاب إما أن تزيد في السعر وإما أن ترفع من سوقنا
