The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade muzabanah, which is selling fresh dates on the palm for dried dates by measure, and selling grapes on the vine for Zabib by measure.

أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن المزابنة والمزابنة بيع الثمر بالتمر كيلا وبيع الكرم بالزبيب كيلا.
