Malik reported,

Saeed bin Musayab and Sulayman bin Yasar were both asked about the divorce pronounced by a drunken man. They replied, "If a drunken man pronounces divorce, his divorce takes effect, and if he kills, he is put to death for it."

عن مالك، أنه بلغه

أن سعيد بن المسيب، وسليمان بن يسار سئلا عن طلاق السكران؟ فقالا: إذا طلق السكران جاز طلاقه، وإن قتل قتل به.
