A man swore the oath of mutual condemnation against his wife during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and denied that her child was his. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ separated the two of them and assigned the child to the woman.

أن رجلا لاعن امرأته في زمان رسول الله ﷺ وانتفل من ولدها ففرق رسول الله ﷺ بينهما وألحق الولد بالمرأة
