Saeed bin Musayab reported,

Any man who marries a woman while suffering from insanity or some harmful affliction, she is given the choice. If she wishes, she may remain with him, and if she wishes, she may separate from him.

وحدثني عن مالك، أنه بلغه

عن سعيد بن المسيب: أنه قال

أيما رجل تزوج امرأة وبه جنون، أو ضرر؛ فإنها تخير، فإن شاءت قرت. وإن شاءت فارقت.
