When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Umm Salama and she awoke in his house, he said to her, "There is no slight to you in the eyes of your family. If you wish, I will stay seven nights with you and seven nights with each of them. And if you wish, I will stay three nights with you and then resume my rounds."She replied, "Three."
