Saeed bin Musayab reported,

If the man comes in to the woman in her own house, then his word is accepted against her, and if she comes in to him in his house, then her word is accepted against him.

وحدثني عن مالك، أنه بلغه: أن

سعيد بن المسيب كان يقول

إذا دخل الرجل بالمرأة في بيتها، صدق الرجل عليها، وإذا دخلت عليه في بيته؛ صدقت عليه.
