Yahya bin Saeed reported,

Abdullah bin Ayyash bin Abu Rabia Makhzumi told a servant of his to slaughter an animal. When the servant was about to slaughter it, Abdullah said to him, "Mention the name of Allah."The servant replied, "I have already mentioned it."Abdullah said again, "Mention the name of Allah, confound you!"The servant said, "I have already mentioned Allah."Then Abdullah bin Ayyash said, "By Allah, I will never eat any of it."

عن يحيى بن سعيد

أن عبد الله بن عياش بن أبي ربيعة المخزومي أمر غلاما له أن يذبح ذبيحة فلما أراد أن يذبحها قال له سم الله فقال له الغلام قد سميت فقال له سم الله ويحك قال له قد سميت الله فقال له عبد الله بن عياش والله لا أطعمها أبدا
