I asked Ayesha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, what makes ghusl obligatory.She replied, "Do you know what you are like, Abu Salama? You are like a chick that hears the roosters crowing and crows along with them. When the circumcised part passes the circumcised part, ghusl becomes obligatory."
