Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan, and Ayesha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, all used to say, "When the circumcised parts meet, ghusl becomes obligatory."
حدثني يحيى عن مالك عن ابن شهاب
أن عمر بن الخطاب، وعثمان بن عفان، وعائشة زوج النبي ﷺ كانوا يقولون: إذا مس الختان الختان، فقد وجب الغسل.
