The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade eating the meat of sacrificial animals after three days. Later he said, "Eat, give in charity, take provision from it, and store it away."
حدثني يحيى عن مالك عن أبي الزبير المكي
أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن أكل لحوم الضحايا بعد ثلاثة أيام ثم قال بعد كلوا وتصدقوا وتزودوا وادخروا
