The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say frequently in his bowing and prostration, "Glory be to You, Allah, and praise be to You. Allah, forgive me," applying the Quran.
حدثنا محمد بن الصباح حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن أبي الضحى عن مسروق
كان رسول الله ﷺ يكثر أن يقول في ركوعه وسجوده سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك اللهم اغفر لي يتأول القرآن
Bukhari narrated it in tafsir, chapter of "When the help of Allah comes", chapter 2, no. 4968, and Muslim in prayer, chapter on what is said in ruku and sujud, no. 484, from the hadith of Jareer, and it has other routes, and others besides these two also narrated it.
