Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are practices that should not take place in the mosque. It should not be used as a thoroughfare, no weapon should be unsheathed in it, no bow should be drawn in it, no arrows should be spread out in it, no raw meat should be carried through it, no prescribed punishment should be carried out in it, no retaliation should be exacted in it, and it should not be turned into a marketplace."
