I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ under his blanket when I noticed what women experience from menstruation, so I slipped out from beneath the blanket.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Have you started your period?"I replied, "I have noticed what women experience from menstruation."He said, "That is something Allah has decreed for the daughters of Adam."She continued, "So I slipped away, attended to myself, and then returned."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Come, get under the blanket with me."She said, "So I joined him under it."

كنت مع رسول الله ﷺ في لحافه فوجدت ما تجد النساء من الحيضة فانسللت من اللحاف فقال رسول الله ﷺ أنفست قلت وجدت ما تجد النساء من الحيضة قال ذلك ما كتب الله على بنات آدم قالت فانسللت فأصلحت من شأني ثم رجعت فقال لي رسول الله ﷺ تعالي فادخلي معي في اللحاف قالت فدخلت معه
[Its isnad is hasan] Ahmad narrated it, 6/294, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Amr, through this same chain. Busiri said, This isnad is sahih and its narrators are trustworthy.
